To become a shareholder at Acecapader Acres, you must be sponsored by a current shareholder in good standing.
The first step in the process is to complete an application with your sponsor(s). A nonrefundable application fee of $40 is required at the time of submission. Once your application has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors, the Camp Secretary will contact you to schedule an interview with two (2) members of the Board and your sponsor(s).
Following a successful interview, when a share becomes available you will be asked to bring in your camper for a 24 hour stay in the field. At the completion of your stay and upon Board approval, you may be offered an available share in the campground. Lots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be requested by incoming shareholders. If no share is available, you will be placed on a Wait List.
Shares must be paid in full and rules and by-laws must be reviewed and accepted before any property may be placed on the assigned lot. All lots remain the property of Acecapader Acres, Inc. Ownership of a share represents ownership in the Corporation, not ownership of any specific lot.
