Welcome to Acecapader Acres Inc.

Acecapader Acres is a cooperative campground and community located at 172 Ridlon Road in Berwick, Maine. We are a unique, member-owned venture originally founded as a camping club for owners of Ace Trailers from Alfred, Maine. While much has changed since those early days, our commitment to shared ownership, cooperation, and community remains at the heart of everything we do.

We operate as a cooperative corporation made up of 100 equal shares—each share representing a 1/100th ownership in the campground and the property itself. Every shareholder has a voice and a role in maintaining and improving our park. All labor, maintenance, and decision-making are handled in-house by shareholders, reflecting our deep sense of pride, responsibility, and shared investment.

Acecapader Acres is a family-oriented park, with shares often passed down from one generation to the next. Our community values connection, mutual respect, and the preservation of the traditions that make this place special. Whether you're a weekend camper or a seasonal resident, you're not just using a campsite—you’re becoming part of a living, breathing cooperative with decades of history and heart.
